Kućica se nalazi u središnjem dijelu gornjeg Međimurja, 15 km od Čakovca, 3 km od LifeClass terma Sveti Martin, na biciklističkoj ruti. Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. Kućica je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kuhinjskim priborom, caffe aparatom, mikrovalnom pećnicom, perilicom suđa i veša. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi i veliki parking za aute.

Slatki osunčan stan u blizini centra

U ovom ugodnom smještaju na top lokaciji sve Vam je nadohvat ruke. Stan se nalazi na drugom katu u mirnom i zelenom kvartu, pun svjetlosti, osunčan sa svih strana. Udaljen od centra 5 - 7 minuta pješice. Ima mali balkon na kojem možete odmarati i uživati. Trgovina udaljena 3 minuta pješice. Stari grad udaljen 15 minuta pješice. Benzinska udaljena 3 min autom. Ukoliko putujete autocestom, stan je udaljen 7,8 km od naplatne postaje Varaždin i zove Vas na odmor. Besplatan parking ispred zgrade.
