Quiet area, bus stops around 900 m, big supermarket around 1 km. 3 km to the center and 3,5 km to the beach. No noises while there are concerts or festivals in town. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.

There is a lovely livingroom with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, water kettle, toaster and cutlery. The bedroom has a bed for two people (160 cm wide). Additionally guest can use a comfortable sofabed in the livingroom for two persons.

The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).

Apartment is renovated just as we would live ourselves in it. The apartment has three rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking for 1 car.
