Spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room/TV area. -2 bedrooms (queen beds) -Office (pull-out couch + curtain for privacy) -Living room couch can be slept on. 30 minutes to Zion NP + infinite other recreation options. This almost 1300 sq ft walkout basement living area with two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed both with amazing views. Perfect for family and groups of 8 or less. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!
