If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Coalmining, as the most important economic branch in the history of Labin, played a key role in the development and identity of the town. House Kova is a kind of homage to the history of Labin.
