Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Kardinia Cottage offers guests a country stay on a working farm while only a short drive from the surrounding towns and regional centres. Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. The Cottage consists of 2 large bedrooms, lounge featuring a log gas fire and fully renovated kitchen, featuring the old combustion stove. French double doors lead from the renovated laundry (and bathroom) onto a stunning back veranda/entertaining area, complete with ceiling fan. Your stay at Sellwood Cottage will not disappoint.

BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions
