A very large condo over 100sqm near Higashi Shinjuku and Wakamatsu-Kawada stns. Close to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya & Ikebukuro. Two Bed Rms (one Tatami room), Kitchen, Living Rm & 1and 1/2 bath. Of course, we have an elevator. Quiet, and cozy. For family and senior. Near by Higashi-shinjuku sta. (10 min) and Wakamatsukawada sta.(8 min). We accept 2, 3 or 4 adults (over 16) only.
