You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. Our home is on a large elevated property on the inner city harbour with our own access to the water and boat shed, where there are kayaks available to use. The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking. The apartment is very spacious and generous in size. Also we have Nespresso coffee maker for your enjoyment.

It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
