This 3 bedroom pet friendly villa that has 2 full rustic bathrooms, boasts 5 smart TVs ranging in sizes from 55 to 65 inch with included apps, huge 7 person hot tub, pagoda with outdoor seating for 8, serene backyard with wood fire pit for roasting marshmallows nestled underneath Edison string lights. All of this in beautiful amenity filled Locust Lake Village in the heart of the Poconos close to skiing, state parks and numerous year round attractions.

The Poconos House-Chalet in the Woods (Arrowhead)

The Poconos House is a small cozy two bedroom + loft, 1 bathroom chalet style house in the Poconos Mountains inside Arrowhead Lake Community. Rustic and quaint, yet with modern touches, The House is cool during the summer and cozy during the winter, and a great base for Poconos exploration. We renovated the interior and are excited to share our home! Please be respectful of our happy place that we worked hard on. The place is prepared with the intention of making it a themed, cozy, affordable, and above all clean place where our guests can enjoy themselves, no matter where they come from....

Private community includes well-maintained Lake Sinca, where you can relax on the beach, grill, fish, & kids can enjoy the playground. You’ll enjoy a modern kitchen, movie night on the 55” smart TV, reading a book or playing games on the screened-in porch, soaking in the hot tub, swinging in your hammock, or storytelling with s’mores over the firepit.

Private access to the lake the home sleeps 8. Fire pit, Fire wood is now included for your stay. Kayak/paddle boat are available for use. No pets as I am struggling with severe allergies. Short term lease agreement needed Pool/Beach passes can be purchased daily at the front desk. swimming pool closes a few weeks after Labor day. No set date given. Ticket Price can also change at anytime. If reservation is cancelled 4 days prior to checking in there is a $40 non refundable fee.
