Pieve di Caminino Historic Farm

Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Fonte di Sopra è un appartamento di 86mq al piano. superiore con 1 camera matrimoniale ed 1 camera doppia/matrimoniale. Oltre al soggiorno con cucina ha un'area porticata (18mq) sullo spazio giardino. In questi spazi esterni ci sono tavolo e sedie per cenare all'aperto , e comode sdraio per ammirare il magnifico cielo stellato della Maremma. Fonte di Sopra è uno degli appartamenti del piccolo borgo ecologico di Poggio la Croce, 3 ville nel parco delle Bandite di Scarlino

From here, you can enjoy the view of the historical centre. The house is suitable for 2 people, both for short and long stays. It only takes 20/30 minutes to reach beach destinations, such as Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and the beautiful Cala Violina.

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Our guesthouse is located in one of the original garden pavilions of the villa. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH VERY FEW PUBLIC TRANSPORT OTHER THAN TAXI SO THE BEST WAY TO ENJOY YOUR STAY AND TO VISIT THE BEAUTIFUL SURROUNDINGS IS TO HAVE A RENTAL CAR.
