Lovely refurbed 4 bed house in Black Country

This house is in immaculate condition, and consists of a fitted kitchen, with built-in cooker and double oven. There is also a large lounge, and all rooms contain double beds. Two of the bedrooms have their own privates en-suite bathrooms, and there is one other bathroom, plus a WC room on the ground floor. There is a garage with a drive way, plus space for on-road parking, and a back garden. There is also a 24/7 emergency call out service and Wi-fi, so your needs would be well catered for.

Meadow View in Lower Penn sits in the South Staffordshire countryside, located in a quiet country lane, with private entrance. Downstairs it has it's own bathroom, shower and loo. Upstairs our annex offers comfortable sleeping with king size bed and lovely views across the meadow with sink and food preparation area. Private parking for 2 vehicles. The Greyhound Inn has an excellent menu and real ales, and is only a 5 minute walk away. We have many other local food outlets who deliver.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.
