Stay overnight in a vardo, a unique and charming bohemian-style caravan inspired by 19th century English and Irish shepherd's huts. This cozy space sleeps 2 people and includes a cooking facilities, indoor and outdoor seating and free firewood. The bath house has includes a modern composting toilet, solar shower stall and hand/dish washing station. We are located close to wineries, state parks with gorges & waterfalls, lakes, the vibrant city of Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Come stay in this unique, custom tiny home nestled near our barn and organic garden. Walk on the mowed paths in our back field, take a dip in Cayuta Creek. Meander down the road to visit Eve's Cidery. If you like road biking or running, this is the place. Just 30 minutes to Ithaca or Watkins Glen, this is a great, affordable place to hit all the highlights of the Finger Lakes area. Private cabin on 115 acres. Has large pond to walk to. Several miles of trails. Cabin has kitchen and full bath. Bath is entered from outside. Electric is supplied by electric start generator. Queen bed with 2 cots and all linens. Wood stove for heat. Fire pit. Firewood is available for small fee. This cabin is very secluded, you can drive up a 1/2 mile driveway to the front door. Come and enjoy the peace and Quiet. {No motorized vehicles allowed on trails}

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

It offers the most seclusion and privacy for those wanting to get away from the crowds. As the name implies, it also offers deep shade most of the hot summer. Relax in the hammock under the pines or on the private screened porch, and enjoy the hilltop breeze.

A cozy cabin on the banks of Cayuta Creek, immersed in natural beauty. Located on our 75 acre organic orchard and cidery, it is a short drive to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, Finger Lakes wineries, state parks and gorges. Nature surrounds you: water rushing, a tree frog chorus, beavers swimming by, bald eagles fishing trout. Enjoy hanging out and eating meals on a wraparound deck overlooking the water. Enjoy some fun! More than just a place to sleep, it's an experience. Dates you want not available? Ask me. K-Ville is a place where you can sleep and live in and among my art. It’s off the grid and It’s a tiny Victorian village. You can eat in the "cafe" relax in the "square" and sleep in your own private "Loft home" which sleeps one comfortably or two if you like to snuggle tight.
