Whippletree Cottage near Bath

Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

A cosy, stone built, terrace cottage in the heart of Timsbury - a perfect hideaway for 2. Freshly painted through out (spring 2024). The local co-op and pub are 5 minutes walk along the lane. A memorial garden at the top of the lane allows you to take a seat in the fresh air. The tiny chip shop can provide your dinner - highly recommended, and a brand new cafe ‘The Square’ are less than a minutes walk. Plenty of country walks on your doorstep and the world heritage City of Bath is only 6 miles.

Camerton, Windmill Cottage Garden Room, Camerton

The accommodation we are offering is a timber clad self catering apartment set within our grounds with secure parking. On a bus route (temporarily suspended on week ends) and perfectly located for Bath(6 miles to centre) Cheddar Gorge and Wells etc in the heart of the Mendips. Ideal for guests attending the wedding locations at Priston Mill, Radford and Camerton. The Cowshed

The Cowshed is a fully self contained property with its own entrance and includes one car parking space on our private driveway. It is an annexe which has been newly renovated. We have recently given this space a new lease of life by re-decorating the main living area, bathroom and bedroom. It also comes with a fully refurnished kitchen along with all new appliances excluding dishwasher & washing machine. Situated in the village of Farmborough, only 8 miles from Bath and Bristol City Centre.

A historic 200 year old mill house cottage with large fireplace and the bubbling Cam Brook running right through the property. Set in 1.5 acres of beautiful, wild, nature filled garden this is the perfect countryside escape with easy access to amazing places to explore. Bath and Bristol -20-30 mins drive Wells -20 mins Cheddar Gorge -25 mins Stone Henge -50 mins Countryside walks to explore right from the front door including beautiful historic woodlands and a waterfall. Plus walkable pubs.

The Cobblers, detached retreat near Bath & Bristol

The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

Beautiful barn with outstanding views.

A lovely light and peaceful barn set in the countryside just outside the world heritage city of Bath. Fabulous views over the surrounding countryside. Plenty of wonderful walks through the Cam valley and beyond right from your front door. Two wonderful pubs within walking distance. The kitchen area is small with a fridge, kettle, toaster and single induction ring, so good for simple meals and breakfasts. Please note there is no dining area in the barn so meals have to be eaten on laps!

Woodland Annex

The garden annex is in a quiet hamlet near Peasedown St John, Bath, a quiet retreat away from the city. Miles of countryside and woodland walks but close to amenities and bus routes, it’s a very special spot. Perfect for visiting Bath Christmas market, only a short drive to Odd Down Park and Ride or direct buses to the centre of Bath and Wells (uphill walk to bus 7 mins). Longleat Safari Park is only 30 mins so great for families. Bath Spa and Bath University 20 minutes away.

My Little Studio

A simple, detached studio-open plan one double bed/sofa bed/mini kitchenette/living space & a new shower/toilet room. In a quiet village between Bath-15min & Bristol-15min near Bristol Airport, The Pig, Priston Mill, Glastonbury, etc. Tiny patio area and tiny grassy area. Parking for one car is next to the studio. The village pub, coffee shop/village shop is barely a 2 min walk away. Fab place to explore the local area or chill and make use of the fabulous local walking guides.

Modern Somerset Retreat to Relax & Play

Grove Lodge is a modern, peaceful, Somerset retreat close to Bath, Wells and Bristol. The spacious open plan living area features a full size pool table, 75" TV and full sound system perfect for watching your favorite movies and sports, plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining space makes it the ideal place for entertaining. Upstairs offers a large double bedroom, two good size single bedrooms and bathroom. Easy-onsite parking for multiple vehicles for a hassle free stay.

Restful Retreat with garden in Farrington Gurney

Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).
