Relaxează-te cu întreaga familie în această locuință liniștită. Situată la 5 minute în plimbare de Iulius Town, locuința noastră îți oferă acces facil la distracție, relaxare, shopping, sport, dar și liniște pentru când dorești să te retragi într-un loc liniștit. Casa este luminoasă, cu două dormitoare cu paturi matrimoniale generoase (180 cm și 160 cm lățime), un living spațios, o bucătărie dotată cu tot ce e nevoie și o baie modernă, cu duș. Curtea oferă un spațiu de relaxare și liniște.

La Maisonette

La Maisonette este o casa moderna, cu un design minimalist, situata la 10 minute de centura Lugojului si A6,in satul Ciresu. Proprietatea dispune de un corp principal de 90 mp. complet mobilat si utilat, 2 dormitoare, 1 living open-space, piscina incalzita, statie de incarcare EV si AC. Toata locuinta poate fi controlata din telefon, exista WiFi in zona piscinei, platforme streaming gratuit. In sezon puteti culege legume proaspete BIO direct din gradina, sau face plimbari cu bicicleta.

Welcome to our home! Our home is a new build from 2022, so you will get to enjoy everything inside it fresh and clean. I have decorated the house with the purpose to make it cozy and family friendly. You have the full house to yourselves to enjoy and relax. Please treat it with the love and care it was created with. Pets are also welcome as we love animals and consider them to be part of the family. If you have any questions please get in touch and we are happy to help.

Cozy 1-bedroom house with free parking on premises

Enjoy your stay in a clean minimalistic and well located house 10 min walk away from Caransebes Center. Alongside a kitchen, bathroom and washer. You can enjoy the convenience of free parking on premises. Muntele Mic is a convenient 40 min drive away, making any Ski\Hiking weekend pleasant and comfortable. Poiana Marului is also in the area about 50min away. The infamous "Piatra Scrisa" should also be looked up since its in the area. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Casa Vio- a home away from home.

Welcome to your Holiday home, a home away from home. This Villa has 2 private entrance, only one entrance is available for our guests and it has an amazing space outdoors and indoors, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Your day here can be enjoyed from early morning watching the sunrise from the balcony until sunset with plenty of space to move. There is a a communal garden and a BBQ area outside can be used on demand. Hope you choose us and enjoy your stay.

Pink Garden Events Advance Notice Required

Pink House is ideal to spend time in nature and relax. Any kind of parting is complitely prohibited. Villa built in American Style, with an open living room connected to the kitchen and the upper bedrooms by an interior stair. The living room has a fire place and extra large windows getting to the backyard. The kitchen is very spacious with an island in the middle and a large table. The exterior space is very generous and green. Ideal for hosting large groups.
