The Arns Cottage

The Arns Cottage has been beautifully converted from a traditional stone built stables into a cosy, luxurious retreat. Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. This is a lovely semi-detached cottage which was fully redecorated in 2018 to a high standard. Upstairs bedroom accessed by a pulldown ladder. Blackford is a lovely little village with an Inn & a village shop. It is the home of Highland Spring & Tullibardine Whisky Distillery. The world famous Gleneagles hotel is a couple of miles up the road. There is easy access to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Auchterarder, the Highlands & the Trossachs. Pets are very welcome. The cottage is ideal for exploring Edinburgh and Fife. With St Andrews only 75 minutes from the property, this is an ideal retreat for any golfer. Murrayfield Stadium is only 30 minutes away for concert goers and sporting fans. There are two lovely local pubs which also serve food.

The Shooting Lodge Cottage

Charming cottage with all modern conveniences. Self check-in available. Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Or why not go for a walk to the Kelpies with your family and furry friends. The cottage is located between Falkirk and Stirling and there is a vast amount of local attractions within 10-15 minute drive.
