Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Das Cheminée sorgt auch an kühleren Abenden für Behaglichkeit. Nebst Erholung und Musse im Haus lädt die Lage ein zu Wanderungen und Spaziergängen. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
