The main house has a big garden with flowers and it is a safe environment for kids to play.The house has a big sitting room connected to the fully functional and equiped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine,sandwich toaster,juicer). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds,wardroabs. There is also a comfortable bathroom.The house has a big balcony with a beautiful view. A supermarket and a gasstation is closer by.

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
