Just a ten minutes' walk to downtown Olympia, the 240 sq. ft. studio features heated floors, a small but functional kitchen and bathroom, quality bed, high ceilings and lots of natural light. It offers a peaceful and private retreat among towering trees overlooking Capitol Lake and the southern tip of the Salish Sea.

Let yourself in with a keycode through the french doors to vaulted ceilings and an open, spacious, cozy feel. Basic kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & mini-frig. Watch Netflix on the smart TV (or sign in and out of your personal apps). In addition, we installed a ductless mini-split heat pump/air conditioner for your comfort.

Despite countless activities nearby, the .75 acre property, including the tiny house & she-shed, is a wonderful space for recharging one's batteries.

Madrona Beach Retreat

Relax and enjoy the beautiful spring and summer changes from your own private deck off the apartment. Enjoy the beautiful view. We upgraded our WiFi to a mesh system works great. The apt is approximately 750 sq ft sep bedroom, living room and mini kitchen above the garage with private entrance. There is a mud room to remove your shoes and coats before going up stairs. Enjoy the view of Eld Inlet in a peaceful, woodsy area. We recently put a Keurig coffee maker.

Sunset Farm: Luxury Tiny Home Farm Stay

Marvel in the beauty all around you on a working farm. This 20 acre property is home to a wide variety of animals. There is room to roam here. You will be impressed every evening by the view and sunsets. Around the corner from fishing lakes and hiking trails, 4 min to NW trek wildlife park, 35 min to the entrance of Mt. Rainer. Eatonville (12min.) is a charming small town with coffee, food, and a great Cider Haus. Wifi and smart TV to further unwind.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.

My quiet guest house 1 hour from Mt. Rainier

Country guest house with our home on 5 acres. 40 miles (1hr) to Mt. Rainier Nisqually gate, 24 (50 min) to Tacoma and 45 (1-1/2hrs) to Seattle. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and neighbors have farm animals. Room to park 2 vehicles in a private driveway. Queen bed in bedroom and Queen sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 4. The location is in the country, not fancy, and at least 10 minutes from a store.
