Five minutes from the freeway and 12 minutes to downtown Olympia. Far from the chaos yet very close to everything. The studio is separate from the main house, has its own entrance and private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, cooktop, microwave, Keurig, rice cooker and toaster.
