Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

A stylish home set in the heart of rural Hertfordshire. Belsize is positioned between Chipperfield and Sarratt where you can enjoy the peace of the countryside while still within easy reach of underground and mainline stations to London. This is an ideal base for anyone working at or visiting Bovingdon studios or Leavesden studios, home of the Harry Potter tour. It’s also a fantastic base for walkers and cyclists with miles of public footpaths leading you through stunning countryside.

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.

Annex

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
