The Studio, near Stokesley

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

The Nook, a bright, modern and charming apartment

Centrally located in the fantastic village of Gainford which is set on the banks of the River Tees. The Nook is a beautifully appointed modern and bright two bedroom apartment, full of charm and character which overlooks the village. The apartment shares a Victorian building with its sister apartment, The Loft, and the Village shop. Opposite is the warm and friendly village pub, The Cross Keys, and 200 yards away is the village green with off road parking provided in the car park opposite.

It's also a great base for people visiting family & friends with easy access to main roads such as the A174 & A19. Close to local shops and has 3 pubs within 10-15 mins walk.

"HAY LOFT" quiet rural location, close to Durham

The Loft is located above our garage in a large garden and field totalling 8 acres. We're at the end of a farm track in the middle of the countryside, half a mile from the nearest road meaning ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Perfect for two, but can easily cope with 4 people. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps. The accommodation is not suitable for children but we've squeezed them in on occasions.

Quaker Lane

This recently refurbished modern Airbnb is attached to our home. Either host will be available during your stay. The small kitchen / diner is at the front of the property. Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.

Perfect, cosy base.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

The Annexe on Swale Lane

This modern one bedroom annexe, located just off the High Street in Catterick, offers a peaceful country retreat with easy access to all the amenities of the village (Pub, Co-op, Fish n Chips, Chinese, etc) less than a five minute walk away. The village is between junctions 52 & 53 off the A1M and is immediately accessible for Catterick Racecourse, Catterick Garrison and Richmond. Just 20 mins drive from Northallerton and Darlington.

Getaway in the Dales

The studio room comprises of a comfortable King size bed, a sofa with a small table and chairs. The kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster allowing you to cater for all your breakfast needs. Television and WiFi are available for you to enjoy. The bathroom comprises of a modern shower, toilet and sink. The room is situated in the garden of a private property.
