Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Oia Nautical Dreams is a cozy private house with an amazing view of the caldera. It is right by the famous pedestrian path of Oia but as it is on a higher level offers privacy and superb views. On the first level, you will find a comfy lounge area with a sofa, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Following the internal stairway will take you to the open bedroom with a queen size bed. From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Wine Cellar Sunrise house

Little Wine Cellar was literally used years before, for storing delicious local wine! We rebuild it, restored it, decorated it with love and a lot of personal work .....and here it is for you to enjoy it! The studio is located just above Pori beach and iit is part of Cybele Holistic Space. It is small and sweet, yet very well equipped! As the house is located between Fira and Oia a car/scooter is definitely needed in order to move around and also explore more unique places!
