Spectacular sunsets, close to town and the golf course, while also being tucked away on a very quiet dead end street. Enjoy the hot tub, beautiful kitchen and massive wrap around deck. The cottage sleeps 14. Room 1 is on the main floor has a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, and Bedroom 4 is the bunk room with 4 queen beds. Private Suite on a second story of a house, with double size bed. Keyless electronic lock You will have the bathroom, kitchen, living and bedroom all to yourself There are shampoo and body wash for you to use in the bathroom. Kitchen contains items like fridge, cook top(no range), coffee maker, kettle, microvave and toas in the kitchen. Bus stop is near the house (1min walk) 4 minutes drive to Parkland mall. There is grocery store, liquor store, Starbucks, Restaurant, Gym, ect in that area.

Our home may be small but enjoy a short or long stay. It has all the amenities you may require. We are 1.5hr from Regina, Fort Qu’ Appelle 40 minutes, Melville 35 minutes, Yorkton 50 minutes. The main floor bedroom is small but has a single bed. Upstairs loft has a single bed and queen bed. Large back yard and we are pet friendly as well! Ituna is home the rail line so you will hear trains as they pass!
