The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. This stylish + cozy casita, built in 1939, is located in RINCON HEIGHTS, right in the heart of town and a short 2 block walk to the University of Arizona. Appointed with original art and heirloom antiques from family travels, you can enjoy the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, all tastefully done in a vintage style. This fresh yet hip bungalow will ensure an easy, comfortable stay. We typically do not allow pets, however we can possibly make exceptions depending on the situation.
