This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Tucked away at the end of the road and backing one side of Lederer Park, you will find deer grazing from time to time. Take a short stroll on the path at the end of the road, away from this little oasis, to access Walnut Springs and the other side of Lederer Park. This cozy stone cottage was built in 1948 and awaits more memories created with your visit!
