It’s a peaceful spot, but you’re only a few hundred metres from the beach and Yeppoon’s growing collection of independent shops and cafes. Thoughtful extras like a beach kit and games will top off your stay.

1 bedroom unit in the heart of Emu Park. A short stroll to the beaches, hotel and unique town, with shop's, cafes, art gallery, museum & RSL monument Relax on your large deck with views of the ocean or wander across the road for a swim at the patrolled beach. Well behaved dogs allowed, there is a large enclosed deck, but no garden. Please note we are on a hill so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Visiting Great Keppel Island ? Guests receive up to $50 discount with GKI boat hire.

With three bedrooms, large rear deck facing the ocean, and huge grassed backyard, there's space for the whole family. Leave the car in the covered carpark in the front, and forget about it. Enjoy the beach, playground, cafes, Singing Ship, Anzac Memorial and supermarket, all within walking distance.
