Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

This Cambridge city garden studio is a stylish architect designed space attached to the rear of the owner's house. The Studio is very quiet and self contained with its own separate entrance. This fully furnished modern contemporary west facing space is sunny and warm, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. We have fast WIFI (minimum 250mb) so work form here is no problem.
