Eco-friendly; breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. UNSUITABLE for people with disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. When the lift is occasionally out of order, there are 91 stairs. As in most London homes: no air conditioning but fans provided. No street parking.

It's on a quiet side street with numerous nearby shops and cafes and good transport links for the underground and numerous bus options.

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. This room is very quiet, cosy and spacious, and it has a desk for laptop working. It is perfect for either 1 or 2 people, but it’s also a home-from-home for a parent travelling with a child. Battersea Park, a range of pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and all kinds of public transport (including Boris Bikes) are available nearby.
