Βρίσκεται κάτω από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο, δίπλα σε αρχαιολογικό χώρο, απέναντι από τη γνωστή "Πύλη της Θεάς με το Άρμα" και σε απόσταση μόλις 150 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα . Διαθέτει κουζίνα, σαλόνι, μπάνιο , 2 υπνοδωμάτια και στο πίσω μέρος μεγάλο και ήσυχο κήπο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι αυτόνομο , υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονο. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης και για ακόμα ένα κρεβάτι.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία ατομα. Είναι μέσα στον οικισμό της Σκάλας Καλλιράχης ,περίπου 1000 μέτρα απο το χωριό. Ένα χωριό που διαθέτει καφεταίριες,ταβέρνες,φαρμακεία, super markets.Κατάλληλο μέρος για να απολαύσει κάποιος τις διακοπές του αλλά και το μπάνιο του στις ξαπλώστρες του καταλύματος.

Η οικία Τzaneti είναι ένας μοντέρνος χώρος που βρίσκεται στο Λιμένα Θάσου, είναι μόνο 300 μέτρα από την κοντινότερη παραλία, Αι Βασίλης και 1,5 χιλ από το κέντρο της πόλης. Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος περιστοιχιζεται από δέντρα , σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά. Στα 50 μέτρα είναι το πλησιέστερο super market.

Welcome to my place! A small oasis of tranquility and comfort in the heart of the city. It is located just a few minutes walking from the center of Thasos. There is a bakery in the neighborhood and a supermarket within walking distance. Καλωσορίσατε στο σπίτι μου! Μια μικρή όαση ηρεμίας και άνεσης στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα από το κέντρο της Θάσου. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχει επίσης φούρνος και σουπερ μάρκετ.
