We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Nestled in South Ingersoll is this brand-new semi-detached home. The property sits on a generous corner lot, wide frontage, deep yard completely fenced in a great family neighbourhood. This spacious 4 berm, 3.5 bath layout spans roughly 1500-2000 sq ft across 2 stories, plus a finished basement. There is room for up to 5 vehicles on the lengthy driveway and garage access. Open concept kitchen, living, dining and is perfect for entertaining. 3 bdrm's upstairs and one on the lower level (bsmt).

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our stylish and cozy little nook right in the hub of our friendly little town. Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Please inquire if more info is needed!!
