This new 2-storey cedar clad house has 4 bedrooms, 2 separate lounges, 2 bathrooms and separate WC, has a Billiard Pool table and can accomodate 10 people. Two timber decks are available for outdoor entertaining.

A wonderful space for families to enjoy, very easy access to the beach just a 7 min walk and the shops also 7 mins away. Two large decks and two lounge areas. We can also offer the brand-new sleep out which a bedroom with ensuite which is an extra $245 cash per night should you wish to use this space. For 8 people we highly recommend this 4th room however the main house can sleep 8 with the fold out bed. A beautiful, restful place with everything you will need for an incredible holiday.

We are only a 3 minutes’ walk to the beach and a 10 minutes’ walk to Purangi estuary, 5 minutes drive to Ferry Landing and short ferry ride to Whitianga with fantastic Restaurants, Cafes and Shopping.
