Resting Sequoia

Gated 5 acres property that is a wonderful place to get away from it all. Our home has 1,500 square foot and is located 12 miles from Choctaw Casino and Resort and 10 miles from Texoma lake. You will find a dedicated coffee station that includes both a Keurig as well as brewed coffee. For the younger ones, they will get to enjoy a dedicated kids space that includes a table/4 chairs as well as books/games. The home features an outside deck with a grill/rocking chairs to enjoy the sunset.

Lake O'Clock: Pool, firepit, outdoor movies

Spring is in the air! Pool will open March 2! Enjoy an evening around the fire pit with an outdoor movie under the stars. We are close to many marinas and casinos. Large wrap around porch. Play a game of corn hole, horse shoes, or giant connect four while enjoying the 3 acres of outdoor space. Less than 1 mile to the sandy beach of Lake Texoma. Welcome to "The Little Ass Apartment" which sits on 28 acres with 3 mini donkey hosts. This apartment has everything you will need to relax indoor or out. There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and spacious bedroom. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!

We are just 6 minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness and 6 minutes from Ardmore for restaurants and shopping.
