Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Stonehenge World Heritage Site, just 2 miles from Amesbury, 6 miles from Salisbury, and you can walk to Stonehenge! There is underfloor heating throughout the property, and each bedroom has lockable doors with dedicated en-suites & rainfall showers. There is ample off-road parking in our driveway, a separate guest entrance to the cottage, and a communal guest dining room for breakfast. There is a wonderful, local pub a mile down the road & others close by.

Good Mondays Farm is 10 mins off the M4, ideal for visiting the wealth of attractions in the Cotswolds. The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. The bedrooms have large beds dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets, all with smart TVs, free wifi and a desk. The bathrooms are furnished with a cast iron bath and/or a monsoon shower with Egyptian cotton white fluffy towels.

Bedroom 2 is part of a 6 Bed detached house in its own grounds on the outskirts of a Hampshire village famous for its timber framed black and white thatched properties. The house is surrounded by agricultural fields. The accommodation available is for up 6 people in 3 bedrooms in the house. Prices quoted are for one bedroom with Single or Double occupancy. Huge room with balcony, en suite bath/shower room, TV, fridge, kettle and toaster. A DIY breakfast is provided: toast, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The Clarendon Way passes our front door and we are close to Winchester, Salisbury and the New Forest. The River Test flows through the village and there are fabulous walks and bike rides near by. There is a country pub serving food a 5 min walk away. Bicycles can be stored securely in our garage.

Double room in a beautiful rural cottage

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester. Guests have a private sitting/dining room and a private bathroom ( not ensuite) This is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note the guest bed is a standard double size. A generous breakfast is provided.

Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. Your accomodation is the loft conversiosn and the entrance way. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. Breakfast includes croissants jams cereals juices etc. A kitchenette, TV DVDs books games BBQ and use of the front garden. Please note we have a Labrador dog.
