My cozy urban Studio apartment is very quiet since it is facing the backyard but it is also super central. Within 10 minutes you can get to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate by metro. The nearest metro station is a 3 minute walk. The studio has two super large TVs, a sleeping couch,a brand new bathroom, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and stove as well as a king size lofted bed. Of course there’s high-speed Wi-Fi and black out curtains to sleep well. The towels and bed lines are provided.

Am ruhigen Rand Berlins, nahe Flughafen BER, jedoch 40min zum Alexanderplatz, befindet sich unser gemütlichen Mini-Appartment im Souterrain mit seperatem Hauseingang, Küche und Bad. Gartennutzung ist möglich. Eingang hat eigene Adress: Gerosteig no 21. On the quiet edge of Berlin, near AIRPORT BER, but 40min to Alexanderplatz, is our cozy mini-apartment in the basement with separate house entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Garden use is possible. Come stay in our beautiful and cozy apartment in trendy Neukölln. Berlin's new edgy district. The studio includes a beautiful open plan living room / fully equipped kitchen with a double bed with a comfy mattress, bare red brick walls, and 4 meter ceilings. The studio is on the ground floor at the back of the building, with direct access to the beautiful and calming house garden. 2 min walk from four supermarkets, 5 min walk from Berlins infamous Tempelhof, 1 min from the U8 & S Ring trains.

Artist in Residence- House with Garden

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Großer Abgeschlossener Wohnbereich (1 Raum mit Badezimmer) in einem Einfamilienhaus im 1. Obergeschoss, mit Badezimmer, Küchenbereich und großer Terrasse. Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die ca. 60 qm große Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar.
