Fun amenities in lovely Yuma include: off-roading, leisure walks along the Colorado River, tubing, kayaking, nearby water park, movie theaters, dining, shopping, and more.

Private small backyard too. Close to Walmart (1.8 miles) and restaurants. Garage is available but won’t fit longer/taller than normal vehicles like long and tall pickups/SUVs. Garage is 17 feet deep by 6’7 feet/79 inches tall (garage door). Tub stoppers are not provided, tubs are intended to be used as showers only.
