Vila Petra - Family apartment for 4 at Lake Bled

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Willkommen in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung nur wenige Gehminuten vom Wörthersee entfernt. Das stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment verfügt über einen privaten KFZ-Abstellplatz und eine gemütliche Terrasse die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich in Reifnitz 5 Autominuten entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 300m erreicht. Der Wörthersee ist das ganze Jahr über zugänglich, im Sommer ist der Strandbadeintritt inklusive. Nur über Treppe zugänglich.

Das Appartement (26m²) mit großem Eckbalkon und direktem See-/Bergblick befindet sich zwischen Velden (5,5 km) und Pörtschach (3,2 km) am Wörthersee, an der Hauptstraße die rund um den See führt. Nur 350m entfernt, fußläufig gut erreichbar, liegt der öffentliche, kostenlose Seezugang (Toiletten, Umkleidekabinen vorhanden). Der Bahnhof Töschling sowie die Bushaltestelle sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Supermarkt (Billa) direkt nebenan. Wörthersee-Plus-Card ab 5 Nächte inklusive!

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Entspannt auf der Terrasse, im Whirlpool (April – Oktober) oder plant an der Feuerschale euren nächsten Ausflug. Dank der zentralen Lage sind Seen, Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar.

The 4 seasons holiday villa is located in the Alpine region 2 km from Kranjska Gora in a beautiful and secluded location. Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

My name is Andreas and I live with my family in this house above Lake Wörthersee in Carinthia. We rent out the ground-floor apartment, which we lovingly maintain. We have renovated and expanded this house, which my great-aunt built in the 1960s, over the past two years to live here and continue to give guests the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful place.
