Studio Nico is located city side midway between the CBD and Newtown. Within walking distance. Hospital (10 mins), Massey University (3 mins), Basin Reserve (3 mins) and Te Papa (14 mins). Cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Suitable for Hospital and Massey University visitors. We provide homemade muesli, cornflakes, milk, yoghurt and NZ seasonal fruits. For long term (1 week or more) guests an initial breakfast pack will be supplied.

After dark the entertainment quarter and some of Wellingtons best restaurants are at your doorstep.

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Sky Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. Guests are very welcome to make themselves at home. The CBD is approximately 10 minutes away by car. There is a bus stop at the end of the drive with a very convenient timetable. Buses run from very early in the morning until late at night.
