You will love staying here, the apartment has large north facing triple stacker sliding doors that you can leave open to soak in the all day sun! Even in winter you will feel like you are in the middle of summer. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Brynderwyns and fresh fruits from our garden (in season)!

We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.
