Cosy cottage by the park (flat rate)

Three bedroom split level 1950's cottage, sole use. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, three minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre. Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 months in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require assistance.

The Crib "Antrim Down"

The Family Crib is one of the original Cribs in Te Anau. My grandfather built it in 1933. Over the years, it has undergone numerous renovations. Warm and cozy, very close to the Lake, and an easy walk to all the great Cafes and Restaurants. Bi-fold doors lead out to a deck. A large section is suitable for parking vehicles/boats. Sky TV is available on Movie and sports channels, and we have Wi fi. A heat pump is the main heating; however, you do have the option of opening a fire. Comfy beds ☺

HuiHui-A short walk to town, Outdoor dining area.

The Hui Hui House is the perfect place to chill out and enjoy your holiday. All booking receive a 15% off on Cruise Milford tours. The 3 bedrooms home with kitchen, fenced grassy outdoor play area and off street parking. The outdoor BBQ area has a Kiwi garden planted with all NZ natives and enough space for yard games and outdoor dinning. A 10min walk to the town centre, supermarkets, bars & restaurants. Blackwood Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway looking out over Lake Te Anau and the mountains of Fiordland. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view. Situated on a ten acre block just 5 minutes drive from Te Anau on your way to Milford Sound. A great place to stop on your journey whether you have been hiking through the hills or seeing the sights. Our cute but modern cottage (built 2019) is well equipped with a full kitchen and all the comforts of home. Come and enjoy the serenity!

Black's Hut - Lakefront Cottage

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

The Fox and Fantail

A functional, comfortable tiny home close to the centre of town and the lake. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck. A 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the centre of town (1.1km) and 10 minutes walk to a great swimming spot at the lake. The property is shared with the hosts but the tiny home is self-contained. Off-street parking, in our driveway, directly in front of the tiny house. There is no TV.

Takahe's Nest - very close to the lake in Te Anau.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!

Small house, BIG view

Beautiful lake view of Manapouri from this comfortable and funky little house. Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.

Large out door deck with outdoor table and chairs. Open concept kitchen- lounge area with view to the Kepler Mountains. Led TV and DVD player, workstation desk. 1 separate bedroom. Separate bathroom with toilet and shower and hand basin. Kitchen is fully equipped to keep you self contained if you want to eat in.
