Welcome to our happy place. Memories and dreams are made here..... We are situated on the edge of the Tattershall Lakes Country Park and away from the road on a quiet cul Dr sac. A little Riverbank runs along the back of our holiday home, you can follow it into the villages of Tattershall and Coningsby, taking in the magnificent Tattershall Castle on the way. We have 2 bedrooms. A kingsized bed with small ensuite and a twin single bedroom or can be made as a double bed. We also have a sofa bed and of course our wonderful Hot Tub/ Spa. We're fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing, memorable stay. Beds are made for your arrival and tea/coffee or wine/beer will be waiting for you.....

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Privately owned Lakeside Lodge with fantastic views across Water Ski Lake. All self-catering needs are met. Bed linen & bathing towels are provided. Sun all day long on the decking. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. According to park rules, lead guests must be 21 years of age or older. As we are privately owned, you are not forced to buy the park's entertainment passes, although we can obtain them for you at cost price from the park. The barn has a large bedroom with king size bed, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and TV, kitchenette, shower room and small mezzanine with table and chairs. There is space to park on the shared drive.
