Oak Gully in Lima South

Lima South and Oak Gully are a great place for a quiet weekend getaway. A comfortable, self-contained flat with full kitchen, living&bedroom with double bed. We are a dog friendly host (unfortunately we have decided to not host cats) We are perfectly situated between Mansfield and Benalla. Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Rusti Garden B&B is only a 2 minute drive to spectacular Lake William Hovell or half hour drive will get you to see Paradise Falls or Powers Lookout.

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
