The Lookout

Uniquely situated on a rural property that sits above Nelson and just a short drive from both Nelson Airport and Nelson City centre. Located up a winding, private, gravel driveway approx 1km from the road **MAX 20km speed limit on this winding, gravel driveway!. ‘The Lookout' is separate from our home (located at the far end of our double garage) self-contained and completely private. Our cozy unit features a private deck, queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

Small bathroom, relaxing leather sofas, queen bed. No cooking facilities but does have a jug, toaster, microwave for breakfast & heating food. Plates, glasses & cutlery provided. 15 minute walk to town. 20 minute drive to beautiful Kaiteri beach. 30 minute drive to Marahau start of Abel Tasman track

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .
