Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

It offers free private parking (subject to availability) and street parking. Main city spots are nearby and easy to reach on foot, with a bus stop on the same street. This is our home, which we rent out when we're away, it's very clean, comfortable, and equipped with many amenities for everyday use.

This special home is located in the heart of Tartu, where everything is within walking distance. An excellent place to stay for a guest who would like to visit, for example, the library of the University of Tartu, have lunch at the Aparaaditehas and spend the evening enjoying the Vanemuine theater. Emajõgi and Raekojaplats are a 15-minute walk away, the railway station is 950 m away.
