Also both food and flea markets together with art and book shops are just a short 3 min walk from the house. Just in 7 minutes walkin to railway station, theather 3 min. Place has own parking slot. Parking in area B fee 0.025€/minute Mon-Fri 8am-7pm (16.50€ all day), public holidays and Sat+Sun free.
