Has its own sitting area with BBQ and fire pit all tucked away in a lovely corner York city centre just 3 miles away on a great bus route

The ground floor apartment is brand new and overlooks a Sustrans cycle way which is lined with Blackberries and Hawthorns when in season. The bedroom can be made up with twin beds or a super king bed and there is a double bed in the living area. With easy access to all of York's attractions and 2 supermarkets on the door step the apartment is a great base for you to enjoy York fully.

Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.
