我們是位於陽明山，1950年代建造的美軍眷舍，是台北市文化局保存的118棟老房子中，唯一原貌、原材料保存，未經更動的老房子。 這個房間有綠意盎然的山景，開窗就看見的是 紗帽山，Butt Mountain. 房屋與山之間的是磺溪，春天經常可見到美麗的彩虹。因此這裏也叫作“彩虹谷”。 附近還有步行可到的藍寶石湧泉，需要先向台北市水利局預約參觀。 房源是全棟4個房間中的“臥室#2”，是2人的雅房。乾濕分離式 衛浴設備是共用的，都是客制的雙人面盆組。 廚房的部份，僅限簡易的加熱，不提供炊煮。 費用不含正式早餐。 透過工作假期，專題攝影，讓市民與國際友人都有機會參與保存歷史文化場景、建築維修保歡迎您的蒞臨與參與。 入住這間歷史悠久的渡假屋，著迷屋內保存良好的古典的建築材料，和古董家具。像進入 Time capsule 一般，讓您瞬間 回到過去。 春季的鳥語花香，夏季入夜涼風中夜遊，雨季空氣中的負離子，冬季的燃木壁爐，是本房源的必住亮點。 *大面新作的門窗，通風良好，為了不讓空調設備剝奪人們呼吸清新自然空氣與芬多精的機會，在眾多慕名前來的客人的建議下，我們未裝設空調，也沒有電視，但有投影設備。

Please make use of the washing machine. My house is located near the most popular place Ximending for visitors in Taipei, close to Ximen subway station. There is good public transport. This Oriental Loft, warm and comfortable decoration, can make you feel at home when you are on the road.

We have transformed the courtyard into a stylish and quiet space for drinking coffee and relaxing. There is also the famous Tsang Kee Soy Milk nearby. Located at MRT Xingtian Palace Station, it is very convenient to go to Shilin Night Market and so on. It is very suitable for a lazy vacation. I also like to participate in different designs and travel.

Our place is close to XinYi (Breeze/Taipei 101 shopping centres, City Hall metro, and Songshan Cultural Park. House is 4 minutes to the metro and in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty or cafes and restaurants just seconds away but our place is quiet! Easy access for the elderly or those travelling with a lot of luggage. If you are in Taipei to visit family/friends and want them over to visit you, our place will not be suitable for you.
