The apartment is located in Rotermann Quarter, which combines old industrial buildings and modern architecture, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town, the harbor and Viru Center. From the balcony and roof terrace, there is a view to Rotermann Square, Old Town, and sea. There are several shops, restaurants in the quarter. The medieval Old Town is just around the corner. Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

The apartment has a beautiful views towards the wooden houses of Kalamaja and also to Old Town. Our modern apartment has unobstructed access for people with reduced mobility.

The roomy studio just at the center of old town. My place is close to restaurants and dining and nightlife. It's still on quiet street. The windows are yard side. There are double bed and comfortable armchair bed. So my place is proper for solo adventurers and couples, also couples with one child.
