Equipped with modern appliances that fit the nostalgic cabin vibe: an electric wood burning stove and red retro kitchen appliances complimented by bear & moose accent decor. It’s cozy, but with everything you need for a getaway. Ample private and secluded parking for boats, trailers, packed cars, etc. Outdoor fire pit, grill & hammock.

Updated waterfront retreat! Direct water access with your own boat launch, boathouse, kayaks for kids & adults, & a cozy fire pit for evenings by the water. Stocked kitchen, king bedroom & bunk room. The bunk room has a queen bed & a full-over-twin bunkbed. There is also a twin daybed in the sunroom. 15 min from Pell City Lakeside Park beach, playground, picnic areas, pavilions, & splash pad. 15min from grocery stores & restaurants. 5min from a local favorite Mexican restaurant & bait shops.

Private Cabin with a Wood Stove, Sink, Cook Stove, Full Bed, linens, bedding, pillows and towels. Fall - Spring: shared Hot Tub Available Friday nights. Shared Sauna Available with cold plunge Saturday nights. Cabin is accessed by a trail (386 ft long) from the retreat center (521 ft from parking). Privy and shower are at the center. Parking for one car only. Parksland is a clothing optional retreat. We honor each person's clothing choices.

Looking for a unique place to stay? We have it. Cap's Caboose is a one of a kind overnight rental. It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.
