Casa do Rio Alva is a very special place with private access to the river! Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Sleeping 11, the Quinta has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a fully furnished living area, a dining area, an outdoor kitchen, a private dining and outdoor BBQ area with charcoal grill and pizza oven, a terrace with a spectacular view of the river and forest and an outdoor pool (shared).

Quinta da Ribeira was lovingly restored by Lurdes and Nuno in 2005, creating a beautiful home from home, in a peaceful setting. Enjoy private use of the 2 bedroom farmhouse, - with its glorious pool and well manicured gardens. The farm is ideal for couples and small families. Our child friendly rural retreat has plenty of room to roam, relax and play! Just a few minutes from Tabua town you can access shops, restaurants and facilities with ease. Well behaved pets are welcomed!

The bright Wooden Zen House is located in the bamboo garden connecting with nature and the inner soul. This guest home and surrounding make an ideal space for those needing a deeper contemplative state for creativity and recovering, or just a place to get away from the stress of a fast paced world. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who seek something special, and are attracted by simplicity and originality. On request we prepare a vegan/vegetarian breakfast.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom has access through the front courtyard NOT inside the house.

Quinta Sarnadela - Charming rural guesthouse.

This living space offers two double bedrooms and one bedroom with a bunkbed. One double room has a private ensuite; the other double shares a hallway bathroom with the single room. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining area, peaceful outdoor spaces, and secure access with electric gates and private parking. Pets are very welcome, but please keep them on a lead to protect our resident cats and to ensure dogs don’t roam into other guest or private areas.

Featuring an above ground pool, private courtyard and an inflatable hot tub jacuzzi, CASA CURRAL do Porco is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. “CASA CURRAL do Porco” translates from Portuguese into English as “Pig Barn”. The property was originally listed as an agricultural building and converted into a guest annex. It has now been beautifully renovated to provide spacious 1-bedroom self-catering accommodation.
