They can be rented seperately, or together. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom are open together. It has a balcony with a wonderful view to the lake, and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The second apartment is for 3 persons, plus an extra bed, with 2 rooms, shower and balcony. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. It offers a beautiful view of the Nivegy Valley, Hegyestű, Badacsony. The house comes with a 35 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house.
