Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Ultra conveniently located smack dab in the center of the action, yet offering as much privacy and quiet as you'll want-being the second to last house on a dead end street. Easy walking distance to the midway, the canal to toss a line in, "what's the scoop?" for some ice cream, all the restaurants Sylvan Beach has to offer and of course, the beach itself!
