Designed by architect Ted Christmas with high bay windows (double glazed) to let in all the light. 5 mins walk from Forest Hill station, direct links to central London, 18 mins to London Bridge. It even has a home-made garden shed infrared sauna conversion! Pls note the outdoor work space is quite cluttered, but enough space for one person to work quietly.

The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Smart TV, 'Alexa', kingsize bed, plenty of storage, USB sockets, walk in shower, shaver charger and a fully equipped kitchen. Within close walking distance 'The Triangle' has an exciting range of shops and bars. Free on-road parking.

Bright and Modern Forest Hill Flat • Flexible Stay

Enjoy our bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat just steps from Forest Hill station. Both bedrooms have king beds & a double sofa bed in the living room. For smaller groups, one bedroom is prepared; the second opens for 3+ guests to help us keep the apartment tidy and comfortable. Unwind on the large, sunny terrace with lovely views, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy two bathrooms (one ensuite), a dishwasher, washing machine, and plenty of room to relax. Pets welcome, but no parties.

Please note I usually live in the flat (in a different bedroom) so my belongings will be there, but I will stay elsewhere for the duration of your visit so you will have the flat to yourself. The property is well positioned to take advantage of East Dulwich with many shops and boutiques on Lordship Lane as well as the delights of Dulwich Village and the fashionable restaurants and bars in Peckham.

A cat lives in the flat so please do not rent if you are allergic to cats and not willing to look after the cat. New and very bright flat centrally located to explore London or just to relax in the neighbourhood. The flat consists of living and kitchen/dining area with balcony (sunny from midday to sunset) and bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has secured access. Only one bedroom with single bed is available to guests.

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room.
